SheVa Con is held in Roanoak Va in Feb. This is one of my favorite cons to go to, the fans are super great, the con runs smoothly, and the hotel is pet friendly.

	This is best selling author GINA FARAGO promoting her newest book LUNA, sequel to IVY COLE AND THE MOON. If you're into werewolves, these are two must read books!
	I am not a web designer, but in this poorly place picture is my husband, game designer, GLENN BANE promoting his traditional tabletop pen and paper RPG entitled THE DARK FANTASY OF SUNDRAH.
	This is the son of author pal PETER PRELLWITZ who is proudly showing off an award he won for his droid knowledge. Peter is the author of a sci-fi book series entitle SHARDS. Normally science fiction is not my thing, but his books are good! Do yourself a favor and buy the 5 book series in one shot.
	If i had a favorite artist it would this guy, ALAN F. BECK. Last year at SheVa, I fell in love with a little painting in the art room. I did not win the piece when it went to auction but thought of it fondly all year. Walking past my table this year was a man wearing the pin you now see on Salty. I called him over and asked where he got it because I so much loved the painting MOUSE WITH A PEARL EARING that was on it. Without a word or thought this humble man gave me the pin and was unhesitant when I asked for him to pose with the monkey as a way of my saying "thanks for the pin." Found out later he was the artist I has so admired.
	Here is Salty with one of the organizers of MADICON. The photo simply cannot do her Borg costume justice.
	This is CHRISTIAN, and he is a true gentleman. Last year as the con ended he helped me and husband load up our car as it was just beginning to flurry and we had a bit of drive before us. This year I was able to get a picture of him with the monkey.
	No one shoot me, but I don't know the name of this Star Wars character off hand. Maybe its because he has my monkey at gunpoint. If this is you or you know who this character is drop me a line and I'll fix it one day.
	Sleeping here is SKITTLES, Gina's little dog. She's snugged up on her pink bankie with her pink bobo squeekie dog.
	Here we have an Imperial officer putting a Sandperson in its place. He will not allow any harm to come to Salty on his watch.
	Who doesn't love a man in uniform?
	Here is Salty and a Troll friend of his. The Troll is from a web comic whose name escapes me. If you know, e-me and I'll make the change .
	This is author pal JACK HILLMAN. He's promoting his two YA books. The first is THERE ARE GINANTS IN THIS VALLEY. The second is GIANTS WANT THE LOST RIVER. Have to give a golf clap for the accuracy of the mythology in these books and the modern day adaptation! Love them!
	Garrison Tyranus of the 501st rules this neck of the wood. I'm not sure in what way, but they were in or are connected to (or both) a movie that was filmed at the con this year. It'll be on my "buy" list when I return to SheVa in 09.
