This was the first year for Zombie Con, and I have to say I was impressed! Located in Greensboro NC it was packed with fans from the moment the doors opened till they closed that night, not even the wintery-mix of weather scared off these guys. There'll be a Zombie Con in October this year, and I will be attending it as a guest. This con is only going to grow bigger and better.

	There were a lot of folks in zombie make-up at the con. There was also a booth that was set up to do free zombie facials if you wanted to join in on the fun once you arrived. This guy however was one of the creepiest things I have ever seen, the photo is not doing it justice. I got him to stop shambling for a moment to take this picture with my husband's rpg - THE DARK FANTASY OF SUNDRAH.
	Yes, BATMAN came to Zombie con.
	FEAR AND LOATHING IN LAS VEGAS  star JOHNNY DEPP was here too. Zombie con attracted all sorts.
	No kidding, but this is a picture of ROBERT HARRIS, know the world over as OLD MAN CADWELL from the movie CABIN FEAVER. He's taking part in the costume contest as "Robert Harris as Old Man Cadwell from the movie Cabin Feaver."
	Here is the winner of the first ever Zombie Con Scream Queen contest. She may not look it here, but she let loose with one hell of blood chiller cry that I heard way back in the dealers room. You also can't really tell from the photo but her crown is gore covered and has exposed brains in the rear. I expect that next year she'll return to the con defend her crown.
